Here is the code for the ATS trajectory determination.

The "main" function is "ATS_traj.m".

The option file (not pretty, but it works) is simply a 1x13 column of data as follows 
1. ATS lat (deg) 
2. ATS lat (min) 
3. ATS lat (sec) 
4. ATS latitude hemisphere (+1=N, -1=S) 
5. ATS lon (deg) 
6. ATS lon (min) 
7. ATS lon (sec) 
8. ATS longitude hemisphere (+1=E, -1=W) 
9. ATS height (m) 
10. ATS HI (m) 
11. Vertical offset between prism and GPS phase center (m) 
12. Desired data rate for trajectory (in s) 
13. GPS day-of-week (0 through 6) for the start of the ZDA data
