If you've got this far you've done something like this:

1. cvs co -d SNPC-Reg GPSTools/SNPCRegression

2. To make use of this open and edit "config.xml" you'll need to
customize the links in that file. The following three lines in 
"config.xml" provide details of where the SNPC executable is located,
where the station XML files are located and where the results will get
written. This system has only been tested with all three with the 
relative path shown below where /mnt/data/SNPC-Reg is where the CVS
checkout is located

<SNPC>/mnt/data_drive/SNPC-Reg/StingerNavPC/NavPC/StingerNavPC</SNPC>
<stations>/mnt/data_drive/SNPC-Reg/stations</stations>
<results>/mnt/data_drive/SNPC-Reg/results</results>

3. Link the station files to the web results:
cd results
ln -s ../stations stations

4. Execute the script
./doCron
