Simple script to serve NoPi files from nopi.zip instead of directly
from the filesystem.

Stuart found that over a year, our NoPi daily processing generates
about 20 million files(!!). By zipping the NoPi output, we can reduce
that to around 13,000 files.

As of 2022/10/17, DailyNoPiZip.service is installed on meson.
